Simple. Zero Prep. Genuinely Useful.
Most financial meetings cover the same ground every time. We show up with a different set of eyes — ones that have seen dozens of businesses at every stage — and we tell you what we actually see.
1. Request Your Session
We'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm the format and some basic details about your company so we can show up informed.
2. We sit in or do a 1:1
If you have a regular financial meeting, we join it. You run it exactly like normal — we observe. No regular meeting? We do a structured 1:1 instead.
3. You Get Immediate Feedback
After the session, we debrief. We share what we observed — the blind spots, the risks, the opportunities — in plain language. We'll also follow up with a written summary for you to keep.

What You're Getting
Blind Spot Identification
The financial risks and gaps your team has normalized because you see them every week. We see them fresh — and we name them.
Opportunity Callouts
Most teams walk past 2–3 meaningful opportunities in every financial meeting. We point them out — pricing gaps, cost reduction levers, capital structure questions.
Risk Assessment
Cash flow timing risks, margin compression signals, concentration risks — we flag what might hit you before you see it coming.
Written Summary
A concise written debrief of our observations — what we saw, what we'd prioritize, and what questions we'd be asking if we were running your finances.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
It’s really free. No hidden fees, no required next steps, no aggressive follow-up.
The Financial Insight Review exists because we believe the best way to show you what we do is to simply do it — in a real context, with your real numbers, in a real conversation.
Most of the businesses we work with long-term came in through this session, because we showed them something they hadn’t seen before in their own numbers.
Who is this for?
This session works best for food business owners and operators who are past the startup phase and ready for an honest outside perspective on their finances.
The only thing we ask is that you’re a food business owner or operator who’s serious about improving your financial position — not someone kicking tires. We offer a limited number of these each month, and we want to use those spots on people who are genuinely ready to learn something.
What if I don't have a regular financial meeting?
That’s completely fine — and more common than you might think. We’ll do a structured 1:1 instead. You walk us through your current financial situation: what you look at, what concerns you, what decisions you’re trying to make. We ask focused questions and give you the same quality of feedback at the end.
How long does it take?
Financial meetings (or 1:1 sessions) are typically 45–60 minutes. The debrief conversation that follows is usually another 20–30 minutes. We’ll also send a written summary within 48 hours after the session.
Can you do this remotely?
Yes — we can conduct our reviews remotely via video call. We work with businesses nationwide. If you are located in the Kansas City area, we are happy to show up in person.
